The Board of Directors of SFV is composed of members elected for three years. It is renewable annually and others. He chooses from among its members an office now consists of a President, a Vice- President, a Secretary General, a Deputy Secretary-General, a Treasurer-Controller, Vice-Treasurer and a Communications Officer.

Note: A representative of the Permanent Secretariat participates in meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity.
