The price is 69,50 euros/night for one person including breakfast. These apartments are on the Tramway line n°1, at about 20 minutes by tram and busway from the City Nantes Events Center (from 'Chantiers naval"  to 'Duchesse Anne Chateau" by tram line 1 then from 'Duchesse Anne Chateau" to "Cité Internationale des Congrès' by busway line 4).
